I am lucky enough to be working on Taste Lancashire 08 for a few weeks and I couldn't think of a nicer job, although I admit my appetite has ballooned since I started here. Why - because I am looking at pictures of food all day. Yum.
Who'd have thought, I certainly didn't think that I'd be a blogger and yet here I am! But I'll step up to the challenge for the purpose of letting the world know about how amazing Lancashire is for anyone interested in food and drink! But if there's anything I can happily talk till the cows come home it's food so watch this space!
