A perfect picnic

IDscf2836_2n true British style LBTB staff celebrated Lancashire picnic month in the office rather than brave the torrential rain pounding the Chorley streets. From chicken sandwiches and home baked bread (from Rossendale) to pork pies and olives (bought from a Lancashire supermarket) - we all enjoyed a lovely LBTB lunch!

Shame we couldn't make it to Astley park as planned but the benefits of an indoor picnic include a dry seat, grass-less food and the opportunity to catch up on the Olympics!

I second that Joy! I think that we may be eating the left overs for the rest of the week - beats my usual bowl of soup!

Such an enjoyable way to get away from the computer at lunchtime should be a weekly event.
